Before beginning any program, you must consult with your healthcare provider to ensure that physical activity and yoga practice are appropriate for your current health condition. You acknowledge that participation in physical activities carries inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may result from your participation.

You agree to inform our instructors of any health conditions, limitations, or medications that may affect your ability to participate safely. During all activities, you commit to practicing within your personal limits, listening to your body, and stopping any activity that causes discomfort or distress. Our instructors provide general guidance and modifications, but they are not medical professionals, and their suggestions should not be considered medical advice or treatment.

Program Policies and Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain respectful, supportive behavior that contributes to a positive community environment. This includes arriving punctually for scheduled sessions, treating instructors and fellow participants with courtesy and respect, following facility guidelines and safety protocols, and maintaining appropriate attire for yoga and wellness activities. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or actions that compromise the comfort and safety of others will result in removal from programs.

Program schedules, formats, and instructors may change due to circumstances beyond our control, including instructor availability, facility limitations, or health and safety requirements. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible. Attendance policies, cancellation requirements, and makeup session availability are communicated during registration and may vary by program type. Regular attendance is encouraged to maximize program benefits and maintain community connections.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Program fees are clearly outlined during registration and must be paid according to the specified payment schedule. We accept various payment methods for your convenience, and all payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. Late payment fees may apply if payments are not received by the specified due date. You are responsible for ensuring that payment information remains current and that sufficient funds are available for recurring payments.

Refund policies vary by program type and timing of cancellation requests. Generally, full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before program commencement. Partial refunds may be available for medical reasons with appropriate documentation. No refunds are provided for missed sessions due to personal circumstances, though makeup sessions or program credits may be available in certain situations. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 30 business days of approval.

Intellectual Property and Content Use

All content provided through our website, programs, and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, audio recordings, program materials, and instructional content, is owned by SereneCircle Network or our licensed content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may access and use this content solely for your personal, non-commercial participation in our programs.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Recording of live or virtual sessions is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized.
